CAPACITY: 25 people inside, 10 people at once on roof top patio RULES: -No House Parties - only events or small gatherings are permitted -No smoking cigarettes is allowed inside - cannabis is permitted -Alcohol is ONLY permitted with an additional fee of $100 -No glitter, confetti or taping things to the wall -A full day is 8 hours; anything over is charged hourly -Booking time includes load in and load out times, do not stay longer than your scheduled time slot PARKING: The studio doesn't include parking but there is green P street parking. NO ELEVATOR: We are located on the second floor. There are ONLY stairs to go up. ****There are other businesses operating on the lower levels in this building and they must be respected - no loitering outside the building.**** We do our best to accommodate our guests needs.
