A: The cost varies according to the size of your event, the number of people attending. The prices are higher on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and long weekends during the summer. If you have a limited budget we can offer the patio at a reduced rate with a min bar spend. Or consider renting the afternoon/early evening half day (11-5pm), or during the week. Please get in touch for a quote! Q: Can we bring our own booze? A: Yes, however you must purchase a SOP to do so. You may drink on the patio, not the store. Q: Do we offer Bar service? A: Yes, we offer bar service for your event! Q: Can we have catering? A: Yes, as long as you take all food and waste with you to dispose off site. Q: Can we smoke Cigarettes and marijuana on the patio? A: Yes, you may smoke cigarettes and weed outside on the patio, as long as you are careful to dispose of butts and don’t cause any damage to the patio fixtures and furnishings. Smoking in the store is not permitted. Q: How many people can we accommodate on the back patio? A: 200 adults over the age of 18. Q: Can we play loud music? A: you may play music, however noise levels must follow bylaws during the day, and must be turned down after 11 PM. Any tickets issued will be passed down to the Renter. Q: How many washrooms are available? A: Two washrooms. We recommend renting port-a-potties for larger events. Q: Do you have seating? A: Yes, the back patio has fixed bench seating with chairs and tables. We are extending the bench this season and anticipated completion is July 1st. Q: Can you access the patio from the back to unload equipment? A: Yes, you can access the back for the purpose, there is a gate that is aprox 30-36” clear. In addition to the Outdoor Back Patio - our property has an Artistic Loft with Rooftop. These spaces can be rented separately or together for an immersive experience. Please inquire for more detail. *Please note that there are no elevators on this property. Access to the second floor loft is via front stair case, and access to the outdoor back patio is through the second-story loft back stair case.* **Noise levels are the responsibility of the renter. The renter must abide by current bylaws. Any City noise bylaw tickets infractions received during an event are the renter’s responsibility, and will be passed on to the renter.** ****There are other businesses operating in this building as well, and we must respect them via by not loitering outside the building.****
