What a wonderful place and and amazing host, very clean and spacious. Finding the location was straight forward I recommend this place for photoshoots or small gatherings.

- Catering allowed
- No smoking inside the house. The house can be emptied of all furniture (at extra cost) or kept with which ever items you need for your shoot or event. If you are using the furniture please treat it with respect. No outside shoes on the furniture. No holes are to be made in the walls without prior consent. Please leave the house as clean as you found it. Thank you
- Restroom(s) use for crews of 15 or fewer is allowed
