Advantages

Intimate atmosphere: A small gathering offers a more intimate and personal atmosphere, making it easier for guests to build strong connections with each other.

Fewer preparations needed: The advantage of hosting an intimate party compared to a larger one is that less preparation and organization are necessary, making the experience less taxing for event planners or hosts.

Easier access to vendors: You can expect access to more vendors and services when hosting a small event than larger parties, such as experienced photographers and balloon decorators who will transform your special day into something extraordinary.

Disadvantages

Limited guest list: Smaller parties may have limited guest lists, which can be challenging for some people who want to include everyone they know in their celebrations.

Need to focus on quality time: Since the focus is often on quality rather than quantity at small parties, it can sometimes be difficult to keep guests entertained throughout the night.

Tight budget challenges: If you're planning a small event on a tight budget, it may be tougher to find vendors that are affordable and offer high-quality services.
