Unfortunately, we were unable to film at the location due to an emergency with talent. Leading up to the filming day, they were very accommodating. Space looked great!

What wonderful hosts!! We have absolutely zero complaints about our time here!! Before coming to shoot, the process was a bit confusing as this was our first time using Giggster. However, Oana and Todd were EXTREMELY helpful and patient with us. They guided us through all the steps and we're quick to respond to our requests. Upon our arrival, they were SO nice and welcoming! We were shooting a product video shoot for a client and they allowed us to basically make ourselves at home. We were allowed to move any furniture in order to get the content perfect & even offered refreshments. Couldn’t have been a better 1st Giggster experience!! We will absolutely be back to this space (:

A little difficult finding the precise location, but I chalk that up to my old age. Once I got to the studio, everything was FANTASTIC! The Director met me, set up the space with everything I needed to do a single person interview video shoot. The space was perfect, provided green screen and lighting made it so easy . . . all I had to do was set up my tripod, camera and mic and I was off to the races. Couldn't ask for a better host or better space for a small, simple shoot. I'll definitely be back for other projects in the future!! Thanks a Million!!!!!

Pros and Cons of Casting Locations in Las Vegas

There are a number of reasons why Vegas is an ideal stop to shoot a film or commercial or hold casting auditions. However, there are also a few potential drawbacks you should consider to assist in your decision-making.

Advantages

  • You have multiple options for casting spaces in Las Vegas, from studios and conference rooms to more unique locations like museum venues and empty theaters.

  • There are ample resources for filming equipment and crew for recording casting events.

Disadvantages

  • Heat can be oppressive during the summer months in Las Vegas if you want to hold a casting event outdoors.
  • While tourist hotspots and surrounding areas provide a diverse pool of talent, they are often crowded throughout the year.

  • Your casting location in Las Vegas should be around the city center, as you can’t fully rely on its public transportation if it’s held outside the city.

Tips on How to Organize Casting Spaces

A great cast can either make or break your project. But before finding the right people for the job, you must first set up a casting space in Las Vegas to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. Here are a few tips to help you get started:

  • Accessibility of location: Choose a convenient location that is easily accessible for potential casting agents and auditionees. If possible, it should be accessed by private vehicles and public transportation.

  • Consider the venue capacity: The space should be large enough to accommodate everyone and all the necessary equipment and furniture.

  • Keep it bright and organized: Your casting venue must be well-lit and allows natural light. It should also be free of clutter to create a professional atmosphere.

  • Include pros: Using props and accessories can help make the location more appealing to the casting masters and create a more realistic environment.
