It is our beautiful 3,109 sf mid-century modern ranch-style home that is naturally bright and airy on a more than half an acre in the Las Vegas area. This home features: - 4 bedrooms (two currently set up as offices) - 3 bathrooms - Large open living room with cloud style couch - Main bedroom with sliding door to patio and marble bathroom with free-standing soaking tub - Modern white kitchen and stone waterfall style kitchen island with bar stools - Bosch appliances / refrigerator, stove, hood, dishwasher - Large dining area table for 8 or more and seating lounge space - Large living room area with wood burning brick fireplace - Jungle inspired hand painted wallpaper from Europe in dining room - BBQ area, lots of seating, backyard patio with couches, chairs, and loungers - His and hers distinct office spaces - Large horseshoe driveway with plenty of parking, including RV parking - Lots of area for setup in the front yard and backyard - Custom garage with epoxy floor External and internal security cameras running 24/7. Can be deactivated upon request on a case-by-case basis.
