This was my first time using this particular space. I coordinated with Douglas for the booking. He was super helpful and prompt at responding any time I had a question. Directions and instructions were clear and working with Jared on the day of was easy. The space is very versatile and offered us exactly what we were needed for our project. You will not find a better host than Rico, he was more than generous with his time, helped us with the breakers in the house, and allowed us to shoot all through the night. If you're in need of a location with some character for your film, this is the place to shoot it!

Piers was prompt and easy to communicate with. Easy place to find and get to. The loft was fantastic to shoot in. I booked a shoot 4-8pm and even at that time the light was superb. There was a ceiling hung swing, a great couch, other seating options for shots and plenty of space to get creative.
The place was clean and there was loads of room from a full glam team, stylist, photographer etc… to set up.
Street Parking was ok ( heads up there are a lot of tents N of the location ) so not to be alarmed.
And bonus-our dog was welcomed ( he was part of the shoot). Def recommend this spot.
