Wonderful studio space, actually a converted 2 car garage with a smooth click down floor, we used it for a 2 hour dance rehearsal. It is freeway close at the Madre exit but on a quiet street. Annalisa met us and was incredibly nice. There was a speaker system available and the WiFi worked great. The space has its own bathroom, nicely appointed. Annalisa invited us to use a the pergola alongside the garage for a break space. She said the garage doors can be opened if desired.

I had a great time for my 40th birthday. This Bohemian home was the perfect spot. Thank you Donna for making my friends and I feel comfortable. I will definitely consider this location at 2343 East Earll Dr. for my future events. Hope everyone have a great week.

I’m not sure where to start for this absolutely incredible experience. My husband and I had the rehearsal of our dreams At Benrooftop . When beginning to look around for space with view , I had done a quick Google search for places which accommodate small Bridal shower in nyc. was the first Rooftop I chose to peruse. I decided to call, and the minute I spoke with Rego (who was very quick to respond), I knew we had found our location. To begin with, Rego is a kind, lovely man, who genuinely wants to make your event perfect. we were working with an embarrassingly small budget. Rego was very tactful and kind when explained our situation, and helped us find the perfect options for us. Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was so easy . Rego and his wife made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day for us. They were always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow. The table settings were gorgeous, the centerpieces were perfect, and the Dj and their presentation were outstanding ,we didn’t have to stress about a thing! Speaking of the packages offered, Rego has amazing options for any budget!, but unfortunately, it rained that morning. Despite the last-minute change to hold the party indoors (which was still beautiful), the day of our event went perfectly. During the party, the staff were amazing and kind to everyone, and treated us, literally, like royalty. Our friends and family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was, saying it was the perfect mix of class and unpretentiousness. I really recommend this rooftop, I wish we could host more events there! A million thanks to Rego and his wife for giving us an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime.
