Formerly the home to the Atlanta Belting Company, this empty warehouse boasts over 50,000 sq. ft. of useable space. High ceilings and easy access make it the perfect place for photoshoots needing a little grit, or shows needing a long term home. With the red brick exterior the building can play for almost anywhere in America and represents structures from varying eras. The front entrance hosts a few offices spaces that are perfect for and 80s office building. Accessibility includes the main floor, the upstairs, loading dock and included parking lots.

Sophisticated Designer Apartment in Buckhead
This light-filled designer apartment is located in a lush new neighborhood and is outfitted with upscale details throughout. The custom kitchen features bleached-wood cabinetry, an extra-large island, and built-in appliances. The living room features shades of white and cream with a modular sofa that wraps around the corner of the room, anchored by a large vintage Turkish rug. The dramatic study has a statement wallpaper accent, with dramatic dark brown walls and a cozy sectional and reading chair to create a sophisticated home library media room. The contrast of old and new is complemented perfectly with polished concrete floors throughout.

Historic Downtown Atlanta Storefront
Retail Store Front Space located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta on Historic Auburn Avenue. Space is open with a lot of large windows. Several films and shows have been filmed in this area (i.e. Super Fly, Shaft, Uncle Drew, Black Lighting). This specific location was recently used for a Hulu show titled "Kansas City".
