Artsy location with high ceilings, and lobby area to provide some separation. This location features a grass wall with our signature neon Love Official sign, a Wild for Pink Flower Wall, and a pink telephone booth for photo ops. There is a separated kitchen prep area with a sink, counter, microwave and refrigerator. This venue features a bridal suite that you can use to get prepared or to store important items during your event. You can add decor, DJ, catering, rentals, etc and just show up and celebrate! Check our cost conscious wedding packages on our website at www.loveofficialweddings.com There is a 6 hour minimum on Saturdays and Sundays, which is $750 plus a $75 sanitation fee. An 8 hour rental is $1000 plus the $75 sanitation fee and REFUNDABLE damage/incidental deposit. You will need to book all time you need access to the venue taking into account the time necessary to set up, decorate, time for the actual event, breakdown and clean up. I’m so glad we decided on this location because a good time was had ! The host was friendly and helpful and made sure to answer any question we had in a timely manner. They also set up tables for which was very helpful being that your setup time is included in the time you reserved. The dressing room was a plus too! Overall great experience!
