About the Space
Our ranch is approximately 20 acres of land with a scene set perfectly for Business and Executive Retreats or Film and Production in Atlanta Ga. With a two acre, 30 feet deep pond fully stocked with Bass, Brim, Crappy and Catfish for enjoyment whether it’s for friendly competition or relaxation between shoots. There is a newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage located on the property which includes a screened-in porch for craft services or breaks between shoots or sessions. The cottage sits about 200 yards off the street giving way for a front yard with approximately 2 acres of open space for family reunions, bounce houses, team building exercises, yoga retreats and much more. The backyard includes another 1.5 acres of open space for festivals, small concerts, vendors, food trucks, games, tents, executive team building exercises and more! Behind the lake is another 5 acres of land complete with horse/ nature trails and wooded areas for your film’s seclusion. Beane Acres is the perfect venue for corporate retreats, executive business retreats, video/movie shoots, outdoor receptions, outdoor game competitions, family reunions, picnics, camping and MUCH MORE!

Brian is a great host - he was very responsive and helpful. The property is stunning and looks great on camera. Sound was a bit of an issue, there were planes directly overheard regularly, as well as construction on a property nearby.
