About the Space

We are on 15 beautiful acres. After coming through a gated entry with overpass you travel across a 90ft wood bridge. As you travel across the bridge (tunneled by trees with a gentle spring fed creek below) you are greeted by a beautiful lake. The road turns right providing the first glimpse at a large white home with a wrap around porch and detached garage. As you come closer you notice a white large white barn complete with a beautiful finished loft. This initial impression is complimented by a large garden and private cove lit by lights hung from a large tree in a circle that is 100ft wide. You really have to see it to believe it. I’ve always said it would be absolutely perfect for film.
