Conveniently located in Atlanta, Georgia, just 10 minutes away from Buckhead, we offer space for any event. From business meetings, and networking events to parties and weddings. This beautifully landscaped area can accommodate up to 65 guests.
Our outdoor area features lush green space, a shaded bar area (not included), an expansive deck area, car pooling and Uber is recommended for your guests. The inside which includes a pool room, seating area and TV, provides an abundance of space from our event hall. Bar area is not included and is $150 to add it on. Studio lighting is not included. Lodging is also not included please inquire for pricing.
No loud noise allowed due to the city of Atlanta ordinance.

Our facility is perfect for band rehearsals, auditions, private lessons, studio space, dance rehearsal, private music events, yoga classes, filming, productions, photoshoots, and more.
-A live room complete with pro lights and sound.
-Full table and chair setup for meetings, private events, and conferences.
-A green room for artists as well as private rehearsal rooms.
-Keypad entry into the facility. You can store things overnight here if needed.
-A checkered floor and white walls.
-Additional smaller rooms are available for an additional price.

Some things to be aware of:
-Fee for Paint/Glitter: We charge $50 if We have to clean up Paint, Glitter, or Confetti after your event.
-Please be advised that we have a 3-hour minimum and that bookings are for "in the door to out the door". Therefore, you would need to include setup and breakdown as part of your booked time.
The next two points should simply be reminders when you receive this:
-Event liability insurance is a requirement of Giggsters and ours. You must purchase short-term liability insurance for your event. We have resources to help make it easy and affordable.
-Any alcohol must be served by a licensed server.
- 12 AM is our normal cutoff time. We make exceptions at our discretion at an increased hourly rate. We assess these bookings on a case-by-case basis.
We offer a spacious 4,000 sq. ft. warehouse with a pre-lit cyc and an adjacent shoot house for turn-key photo and video productions of all kinds.

Lighting grid hangs above the CYC for additional lighting needs.
A small in-house lighting package is available: Joker 800, LiteMat Plus 4, 2x Litepanel Astras
Lighting can be rented from our friends at Cinder Lighting and Grip, which is located 0.5 miles from the studio.

Most of the day, the studio is quiet.
Trains do pass by occasionally outside.
Neighborhood is otherwise quiet.

Equipment loading description
We have 2 loading docks. front and back of studio. The front loading dock has a rollup gate and is large enough for a truck to back up for easy load-out.
Art room, just off main studio room, can be used for staging.
Rental includes: 4,000 sq ft studio, talent / HMU room, client / video village room, art room, and exterior spaces.
Additional spaces can be added to rental. These include: meeting room, edit suite, and suites.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed.
3-Phase Power. 3x 100 amp drops are available for a total of 300 amps.
Rental includes one 100 amp lunchbox. Additional drops can be rented from Cinder Lighting and Grip or a rental house of your choosing.
Standard wall outlets are also available throughout the building for general power needs.

We are niche event space nestled in Historic Castleberry Hills neighborhood, a few block away from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Area, and steps away from Escobar Lounge. This is an excellent space for a variety of gatherings - business/product launches, art shows, pop-ups, off site trainings, brunches, and filming. Seats up 70 comfortable and standing room 100.
We have a full kitchenette with microwave, stove and refrigerator. Outside catering vendors are allowed. Prep kitchen only. Warming of food is allowed but no full cooking.
Hookah is allowed OUTSIDE only!
DJs allowed. Bluetooth speakers in space that allows streaming from various music apps (Apple, Spotify, Sonos, etc)
Currently, we do not have furniture, but outside vendors are more than welcomed.
Set up and break down/clean up time must be included in your booking.
All food and beverages must be removed by end of booking.
Kitchen counters and sink must be clean and free from food.
Equipment/accessories, decor and all personal items brought in must be removed from kitchen, restroom and event space by end of booking.
No pets allowed.
If more time is needed standard rates will apply.
For the best Natural Light during the summer month's on a clear day shoot between 5pm-7:30pm. During the Winter 4 pm-5:30 pm

1920s Church with 2000 sq ft main hall featuring wooden floors, stained glass windows, exposed brick, historic pews, and church stage and pedestal.
The Grant Park Manor is highly sought after by producers, musicians, creatives, artists, and entertainers as a film venue due to it's old church aesthetic with 1920's Gothic Revival architecture, high ceilings, exposed brick, and it's breathtaking historic stained glass. This film space has been featured as a church, a castle, a community center, etc. in short films, music videos, movies, and TV shows for clients like Boomerang, BET, and Netflix.
**Hourly rental average is based off of non-peak times/days. Price point may increase for After midnight events, higher demand weekends and holidays.

Contemporary Art Gallery perched in the charming Westside Provisions District. One of the best Atlanta skyline views. Spacious and bright locations are perfect for any event. The platform rate is the starting price reserved for still photography with a 15 person headcount.
No smoking inside . Dogs ok , no rowdy parties , outside catering is ok , party planning and styling available for a small fee owner has interior design background. No red wine or red colored mixed drinks or juices are allowed please.
The Renter has one hour to set up the event & one hour to clean up the event. The gallery must be in the same condition as when the renter started setting up & the furniture must be moved back into its original place. For every minute over the event end clean up time, the gallery will charge $5. A credit card will be put on file when the down payment is taken for this purpose.
All possessions brought in for the event must be removed by the end of the event time. Any items left over will incur a fee of $75 / day. Renter shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items not present when the renter occupied the space.
The renter is required to have their own event insurance. Any artwork and or furniture damaged during the event and before/after due to set up & clean-up is held responsible to the renter.
In the event that the renters do not respect or follow agreed upon arrangements Jennifer Balcos Gallery will call security and the event will halt.
The Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that the Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the venue.
Jennifer Balcos Fine Art Gallery reserves the right to refuse rental for any events deemed inappropriate for the space or potentially damaging the artwork.
