    We hosted a birthday party for my 13-year-old daughter and about 15 of her friends. The space was perfect for our needs, the staff was incredibly helpful both before the event and at the end of the day. Devin was communicative and extremely helpful. Most importantly, my daughter was very happy! I can highly recommend this space.

    We hosted a reception of 60 people, had food, dj and a bartender. There is a section of 2 small clothing racks near the front of the venue that you ask to be moved, but they will charge you $400 to move them. Incredibly frustrating when we offered to move them ourselves and could have easily chosen to not ask and moved them there and back without anyone noticing. Additionally, they have storage for supplies, which doubled in amount from the day we booked from the time that we arrived- dramatically decreasing the amount of floor space for the event. Secondly, the a/c broke almost immediately after arriving, the venue claimed we had too many plugs in, however we clearly stated we would have a dj and did not have a single plug beyond that. The venue was horrendously hot the entire night (in October). Thirdly, part of the venues ownership arrived to close us out for the night after we had cleaned up to what we felt was a satisfactory level. We then confirm repeatedly with the owner if there was any additional items we could do to ensure we left all in a good place, then 4 days later we are sent a message with photos of one rag left on a counter, a jacket left behind and a 1 unemptied trash can (of 5-6 throughout the venue). To help clarify we shared our experience and promptly were left with no response and an additional cleaning fee. This is a retail space and the employees there are very clearly overly anal about how things should be, but if you essentials don’t hire a professional cleaning company after you, they will tack on an additional fee at the end.

    Highly recommended. The booking process was easy-peasy. Coffee Man was very easy to work with, accomodating and flexible with our scheduling and fundraising needs.
