Natural light can be blocked out with in-house curtains. 8x 10x10 rolling flats are on the studio floor. 2-Wall 20'x20' RGB Cyc is lit with 4x Aputure Novas which can be controlled via in-house iPad. Lighting grid hangs above the CYC for additional lighting needs. A small in-house lighting package is available: Joker 800, LiteMat Plus 4, 2x Litepanel Astras Lighting can be rented from our friends at Cinder Lighting and Grip, which is located 0.5 miles from the studio. SOUND Space is not soundproof Ambient noise description Most of the day, the studio is quiet. Trains do pass by occasionally outside. Neighborhood is otherwise quiet. SPACE ACCESS Crew access Main Door, Front Loading Dock (drive up), Back Loading Dock (drive up) Equipment loading description We have 2 loading docks. front and back of studio. The front loading dock has a rollup gate and is large enough for a truck to back up for easy load-out. Art room, just off main studio room, can be used for staging. Rental includes: 4,000 sq ft studio, talent / HMU room, client / video village room, art room, and exterior spaces. Additional spaces can be added to rental. These include: meeting room, edit suite, and suites. Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed. ELECTRICAL 3-Phase Power. 3x 100 amp drops are available for a total of 300 amps. Rental includes one 100 amp lunchbox. Additional drops can be rented from Cinder Lighting and Grip or a rental house of your choosing. Standard wall outlets are also available throughout the building for general power needs.

TIME: You may arrive at our studio at most 10 minutes before your booking start time.

TIME: You must leave BEFORE your booking end time to avoid overtime fees.

TIME: You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio’s schedule. Inform us about possible overtime asap.

GUESTS: Crews of over 15 people will incur additional fees.

No open fire or illegal drugs are allowed anywhere in our studio. Guests may smoke outside at no extra charge.

Guests may not bring weapons, including firearms, explosives, and knives, even if they have a license to carry one.

We will provide shoe covers (“footies”) for guests to wear when on our stage.

Keep foods and liquids off of our stage and away from our equipment unless you need them for your production

Take your belongings, place your trash in trash bins, return all items to their original location before booking ends

You may move around select “prop” furniture only if you receive explicit permission from our studio host.

You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or anyone you allow into our studio during your booking

Bookings can be reschedule 1 time without charge of a $50 admin fee if the request is more than 7 days in advance

Rescheduling within 7 days of the booking, and you will be charged a $100 admin fee.

Any rescheduled bookings must be: For the same duration as the original booking

Any rescheduled bookings must be: Only rescheduled 1 time & Confirmed before the original start time

Any rescheduled bookings must be: Rescheduled for a time within 90 days of the original start time.

Vehicles are not permitted within the studio unless a guest gets written approval from studio manager beforehand

Any permitted vehicle must pay for any damages to studio from vehicle.
