Seema and her team were amazing to work with. The desert backdrop of this location was stunning. The space was clean, organized, and an absolute pleasure to film in. The guest room was perfect for our Hair and Makeup setup. The South facing windows created controlled lighting for us. I highly recommend filming here :)

I booked my daughter's high school graduation party at this location. It was absolutely perfect, as were the hosts. The pictures don't do it justice. The yard, pool, seating, etc were super clean and the vegetation made it seem like a private oasis Our hosts greeted us when we arrived and had a personalized congratulations sign up for my daughter. My daughter and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely book it again and highly recommend it to others.

The gardens are amazing, and the house has wonderful curb appeal. The Home looks like it was art directed. The. homeowners are production savvy and terrific to work with, they are terrific with suggestions and overall communication. Two things to plan for are porta potties and parking. Two doors down there is ample parking and the owners can provide you with contact info for the lot. Renting parking is a must even for a small crew in this beautiful quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to come back and shoot at this unique location again.

Carly and Justin are the BEST. This house is so beautiful to photograph. They are super production friendly and they totally understand how it all works. Really appreciate the amazing communication(from both of them) and would shoot here again in a second.

This event space was simply amazing. Everything was very clean and in order. It was picked for the pristine yard that was noticed online and the online pictures don't even come close to how awesome it was in person. The Tiny House in SW Atlanta was a gift that kept giving from the host being ready to receive equipment ahead of the crew to The Tiny House having the air conditioning to keep our team and event goers cool and feeling safe. This place offers just about everything that could be imagined to make your event as special as you could dream of. The host was on site for questions and was very accommodating.

The location is both beautiful and versatile, meaning it could truly work for a wide range of time periods/locations/aesthetics. The host Dara is kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. Cannot recommend her or this location enough!

About Cabin Locations

Cabin locations offer a unique atmosphere for hosting events and content creation. From cozy, rustic cabins tucked away in the woods to magnificent mountaintop retreats, cabin settings provide an intimate and inviting atmosphere for parties, weddings, and other special events.

The backdrop is also ideal for diverse photoshoot projects and video production. Often featuring exposed wooden beams, stone fireplaces, and natural accents like antlers or animal fur rugs, cabins exude both a rustic and luxurious feel. Depending on the available space and the number of guests, the party can use private dining rooms, gather around a large kitchen island, or take the party outdoors.

Most are located in mountainous regions, making them perfect choices for retreats or destination weddings. The rustic charm and picturesque setting are sure to add ambiance and character to your gathering or production.

The Best Events for Cabin Locations

  • Wedding Celebration
Renting a cabin in a scenic location can make for an unforgettable wedding experience. With breathtaking views and lush nature as the backdrop for their special day, couples are sure to have memorable weddings. The venue is perfect for both the ceremony and reception, with the option of renting out multiple cabins and setting up tables and chairs outside. As for decorations, string lights hang among trees, and natural floral arrangements create an intimate, magical atmosphere.

  • Corporate Retreat
Cabin venues provide the perfect combination of relaxation and productivity. They are ideal settings for team-building activities, professional development workshops, or brainstorming sessions with plenty of room to move around outdoors. In the evening, the space allows for barbecues or bonfire set-ups, where colleagues can socialize and get to know one another better outside of work.

  • Birthday Party
Celebrating a birthday with friends at a cabin location is a wonderful way to create lasting memories. Whether it’s a small family gathering or an extravagant birthday bash, cabins offer enough space for both indoor and outdoor events. With plenty of props available such as tents, lights, and decorations, the venues allow for customizations to suit different needs.

  • Family Reunion
Cabin locations provide the perfect backdrop for hosting large family reunions since they typically accommodate large numbers of guests. The outdoor space provides an ideal setting for activities such as volleyball, horseshoes, or a badminton tournament. There are also plenty of opportunities to explore the great outdoors by embarking on hiking expeditions, fishing, or swimming. At night, families can practice the age-old tradition of gathering around the campfire and telling spooky stories, singing songs, or taking part in fun group games.

What to Look for in Cabin Locations

  • Outdoor Spaces
When it comes to outdoor spaces, look for cabins surrounded by natural beauty and greenery. Make sure the area has plenty of room for guests to mingle, and that there’s access to any amenities you might need like power sources or cooking facilities. Look for cabins with outdoor seating areas that provide protection from the elements, should the weather take a turn, as well as fire pits where the party can light a bonfire on cooler nights.

  • Cozy Interior Design
Look for cabin interiors that exude a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Consider the guest list and choose a cabin with a layout that fits your needs and allows everyone to comfortably fit within the space. Look for details like rustic wood beams, cozy beds and couches, and warm lighting fixtures that create an intimate setting perfect for special events and celebrations.

  • Services & Amenities
Depending on your group size and event type, consider cabin locations with on-site services like catering or bartending, if needed, as well as entertainment options such as music systems or gaming consoles. Amenities like hot tubs, saunas, decks, or balconies with beautiful views of nature or nearby cities are also an added plus.

  • Proximity & Accessibility
Go for a venue that is easily accessible regardless of whether your guests are driving, taking public transportation, or taxis from a nearby airport. Research the local attractions and activities within walking distance; this is especially important if some of your guests will be bringing their families along with them!

How to Make Cabin Events Better

  • Consider the cabin's features
Before booking a cabin location for your event or photoshoot, it is essential to figure out if the features meet your needs. Take time to review the size and layout as well as the amenities offered. Choose a cabin location with enough space for your guests and the necessary supplies. Also, check if there are any specific rules or restrictions in terms of how you can use the property.

  • Plan around seasonal weather conditions
Depending on the specific location, seasonal weather conditions and temperature fluctuations can impact your plans. If you are hosting an outdoor event during colder months, make the area more comfortable by providing extra blankets or additional heaters. On the other hand, during warmer months, keep everyone cool with fans and alo have plenty of water bottles on hand.
  • Work with local vendors
Working with local vendors helps to reduce costs associated with hosting an out-of-town event. Search for caterers or rental companies who offer services in areas near your cabin location to make the planning process easier and save money as well. Local vendors are typically more knowledgeable about what type of services are available in the area and they can leverage their relationships with other businesses to get you good rates on different services.

  • Consider transportation needs
When booking a cabin location think about how your guests will get there. Will they need a shuttle service? If so, reach out to local car rental companies for transfer logistics. If there is no direct transportation available from the city to the cabin location, look into carpooling options or rent a bus or van to make sure everyone arrives safely and on time.

  • Establish an emergency plan
It is important to have an emergency plan in place prior to hosting an event at a remote location such as cabins by the riverside or mountainside. Have contact numbers handy for nearby hospitals or clinics in case of any medical emergencies. If possible, have medical personnel on-site to respond to issues that may arise, have a security team in place to oversee safety measures, create routes out of buildings should evacuation be necessary, and always inform people of any potential risks associated with participating in activities at these locations before they arrive.
