About the Space
Noted mid-century modern architect Kenneth Lind began his career with this award-winning prefab design in 1947. Only a few of these modern homes still exist, so it's a rare opportunity to film in a piece of Franklin Hills history. Hidden from the street in a coveted Los Feliz location at the top of the Franklin Hills, this 2BR/2BA plus game room has been fully restored & remodeled throughout with high-end stylish finishes. Epic views, fantastic outdoor space and gorgeous mature landscaping make this home a special location. A quintessential example of modern California living. I'm a filmmaker myself, so I'm more than accommodating to shoots -- just let me know if you'd like to come scout it out!

The house is absolutely gorgeous! Nick was a great host, very responsive and kind. Highly recommend. I used this space for a photoshoot, but I would recco for video too as it's pretty quiet up there. The cell service isn't great up there but the wifi is good!

On time, clear, and extremely easy to work with. No nonsense. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Silver Lake spot with an incredible view.

Whoa what an awesome place to shoot. So many different areas to film, there really isn’t a bad angle on the whole property. The interior design is impeccable and all those original columns in the living room add such uniqueness. Parking was easy and Nick was a great host too.
