While the location is beautiful, the host leaves a lot to be desired. There was no communication prior to the booking, no welcome guide with parking or wifi information and messages from the host were short and rude. We mistakenly used a room we didn't know we were supposed to and when it was brought to our attention during production, we were happy to pay the extra fee but couldn't find the "add on" button on the Giggster website though the host said she could see it on the app (which we were not using). The host then demanded we pay the additional fee through Zelle immediately (in the middle of production!) or else she was going to shut us down. For a location that segments the house and charges additional fees for rooms, you would think they would follow up after booking is made to ensure the booker understands the policy and what rooms were planning on being used. Very poor communication and what little communication we got was incredibly rude. I would never recommend this unprofessional host to anyone.

Beautiful space, and Rajaa was very helpful with communication and flexibility as needs changed. Very clean. The weather gods shined on us for our shoot and really showed off the beautiful views. Would love to shoot here again!
