My background has always been in media - as an actress, casting director, audition coach and magazine editor. Very accommodating and nice location managers. Really worked with us in making our project work! We were able to shoot in front of the car owner's house which was extremely helpful and cost-efficient! The car is great too!

Claudia is very straight forward, assertive and honest. A kind sweet heart who is going to walk you through all steps that need to be took. She worked for me, met me and the location staff was very kind peaceful and let me film this BEAUTIFUL video. If ever need be, I WILL FILM HERE A THOUSAND MORE TIMES!

Office on the Bay

The space is great for the older 90s office vibe. Smaller crew is preferred here. Claudia the site manager was great to work with and good with communication. The office is on the smaller side, but fit my needs for a photo shoot. Wouldn't do a large photo/film production here. Talk about parking beforehand, to prevent confusion. For my shoot I had to wind up doing meter parking.

Claudia Bloom was a pleasure to work with, very professional and approachable at the same time. The working relationship she created with me always ran smoothly and was extremely positive. I'm looking forward to working with her again in the future and I would highly recommend working with her to any filmmaker. The location is very unique and quaint, it was perfect for my short film. The owners were extremely welcoming and easy to work with as well, they helped our shoot run as smoothly as possible. It was all in all a very positive and productive experience!
