Mark seems new to the film business so he had a number of Q's upfront and we communicated often about them. He was able to secure insurance properly, and keep me posted on any changes often. His cast and crew were pros and he (and his team) was gracious and respectful of the location. Now that he's learned more, I'd be happy to host him again.
