Dynamic space with several pockets for an office setting, tons of natural light that comes through the windows. We were able to set crafty and extra crew on the balcony outside. Beautiful view of Manhattan from the windows. Claudia is thorough and sets expectations, and was super communicative. The owner of this space was lovely to deal with, we ran into a hiccup with crew capacity for the cubicle space next door (great option if you need more of a cubicle setting but can get pricey for small productions to use both spaces) and he was kind to let us use his balcony last minute for a holding area last minute.
This law firm overlooks the New York City bay which is unusual! Two small offices plus a medium size conference room with small kitchen area are all available for production. Enter into the space at a good sized and traditional receptionist's desk. Perfect set up for your work-themed photos or scene.
Note: We rep another small office on this same hall that can be booked together as well for additional fee.
Cleaning fee: $200
Security Deposit: $1500/day
