About the Space

This house is full of history and tradition, over 100 years old. It captures that history and sense of family and suburbs and yet is just doors from the beach, too. A few bedrooms to spread out for filming or holding and space in the backyard as well. Holding for fashion beach shoot would be perfect here; as would a family film/TV scene. Outdoor shower, too. We advise a scout visit. Cleaning fee: $150 Security deposit: $1500/day
