Was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Ken. We shot a 10 hour day in the space. Ken arranged for both a scout and tech scout prior to the shoot. He was communicative and prompt in replying to any questions we had about the space. The garage space and the downstairs space are also a huge benefit to us for staging gear and HMUA. Great host and great space. Would book again! 5+++

We recently rented Ken’s beautiful house as a film location, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ken was incredibly thoughtful and professional from start to finish. The house itself is already beautifully dressed, yet versatile enough to adapt to different styles, which saved our production designer a lot of work. Ken even went above and beyond by setting up direction signs for all the different rooms, making it easier for our crew to navigate the space. I would highly recommend Ken as a landlord—his dedication and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Ken, for being such an exceptional host!

Filming in the city always feels a little daunting, but Ken made the process so smooth and enjoyable. This house location is in a wonderful location in Brooklyn, and there is easy parking for 3 vehicles...which is such a bonus in that area! The home itself was lovely and provides a beautiful backdrop for interviews. Ken was very quick to respond to all of my questions, and really made my job so easy as a producer. I can't recommend this location enough.

I hit the jackpot with this home. After looking at a handful of options for our shoot I kept coming back to Ken's home, and I am so happy I did. It is absolutely stunning, and from a producers standpoint, the home is perfect. It checks every box logistically (driveway for parking or staging, on a quiet tree lined street so easy to record audio, bottom unit for production office, plenty of restaurants/coffee shops around). Ken and Beatrice couldn't have been more lovely. From initial communication to making sure all of our needs were met, we preferred to have them around our set than not. They are both so kind and have such a cool and eclectic collection of antiques that make the home unique. The extra wide living room also helped us a lot when we were looking for a room with a lot of depth -- you don't come by these often with NYC brownstones. We found multiple looks just in the two rooms that we filmed in. All this is to say that I can't recommend this home enough. To find a gem in New York that checks all of the boxes is very rare, so we will absolutely be filming here again! Thank you Ken and Beatrice!

I rented this space for a documentary shoot for a 6 person crew and the space was beautiful, quiet and the host Ken was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. Would recommend!

Our experience shooting in this space was wonderful! Ken and his wife were fantastic hosts and their home was just the right setting for our picture frame broll shots. Everything went incredibly smoothly and the house was easy to access for crew and production. Definitely recommend using this space in the New York area!
