This 3 floor new apartment building is chic, stunning, and near the beach. Inside feels like it’s in Manhattan, but right outside you see the ocean. Beautiful entry/foyer, tastefully decorated hallways, great gym, good size community room. sweet laundry room, a garage and of course lovely modern and various sized apartments, some furnished, others are not.
