Beautiful upper deck. *550 sq ft (estimated) *Usage of the boat only (not docks, except for additional fee) or any other boats without permission/fee. Note: This houseboat is land locked. *Has running water, electrics and toilet onboard. Let us know if you'd like to scout. Security deposit: $2000/day Cleaning fee: $125
