This members-only private boat club was built in 1901. It's a simple 2 story building for members who love boating, fishing and socializing. It's perfect for that sort of production quality - think photo shoots, commercials, or music videos. Great docks and indoor space with a pool table, bar, kitchen and extra upstairs rooms.
