An amazing workshop where surfboards of all sizes, colors, and styles are made from hand. Three rooms with equipment, paints, boards. This container style location is in the marina on the bay. Public restrooms, large parking lot. Beautiful views. Perfect for any shoot needing a workshop style space. Notes: Extra fee if surfboards are used/shown. Shaper is available to be hired as talent, extra fee. Let us know if you'd like to scout. Security deposit: $2000/day Cleaning fee: $125
