Great space for filming and room to spread out safely for holding as well for production. Family style vibe, upscale, comfortable. A few blocks from the beach. Grand driveway. Pretty gardens. Beautiful home! We suggest arranging a scout visit. Cleaning fee: $250 Security deposit: $2000/day
