This location is excellent! So nice to have dedicated makeup and wardrobe areas, and lots of areas to store equipment outside of the black box.

Our 400 sq.ft Black Box is a versatile space featuring high ceilings. The industrial roll-up door is ideal for load-in/out or natural lighting and offers outdoor expansion options. Great for rehearsal, filming, audition, and an intimate performance venue Photography, Performance, Rehearsal space, Professional Lighting. This creative flex space also offers a Lounge, Kitchen, Dressing Room and Make-Up/Hair area if needed for an additional rental cost. Pictures included for reference.
