We have roughly 200 square foot space for a video shoot, photo shoot or podcast. Fully equipped with green screen, lighting, teleprompter and high end microphones. Super convenient - just off the 101 freeway and Westlake Blvd. The perfect spot to do your content creation. We even have staff, if needed, for shooting or editing. Other Perks: Walking distance to a supermarket, a coffee shop, a post office, over a dozen restaurants, and anything else you may need. You can also use our refrigerator and microwave as well.
