About the Space
The home is located in the "South End" or "SoSo" neighborhood of West Palm Beach. It is just a few blocks from S Flagler Drive/Intercoastal. The home is a historic 1925 Spanish style ranch that was recently renovated. The main area is open concept with gray shaker cabinets, white quartz countertops and stainless appliances. The living and kitchen area are open concept and feature mid century modern decor. There are 3 bedrooms which feature 2 king beds and a small nursery. Note: There is also a small guest house and garage in the back of the property that is not included in this listing. Please inquire on if these are available for your event, if you are interested. This space was beautiful on the inside and accommodated for our baby shower. The outside was also a nice area for outside decorations. The only downside of this venue was the temperature. It was extremely hot on the inside even with all the doors, windows, and blinds clothes. It was so hot inside that our guests where complaining, sweating through their outfits and hiding in the rooms to cool off. It made it extremely uncomfortable and unenjoyable. The thermostat only went to 70 degrees and when contacting the host, she stated she was controlling it remotely which did not seem to help the situation at all. We also had about 30 people in the space which definitely contributed to the heat. If you have a smaller amount of people this would be the perfect venue. Overall we had a beautiful babyshower and this venue worked out for the hours we where there.
