Welcome to our expansive and secluded backyard oasis, perfect for your next film, photoshoot, or commercial production. This versatile space offers a stunning contrast, featuring a uniquely shaped swimming pool and a patio surrounded by lush, vibrant greenery and towering mature pine trees that provide both natural shade and a dramatic backdrop. The property boasts multiple defined areas for different scenes, including a serene hammock retreat and a comfortable outdoor lounge set. We offer a convenient bathroom access for productions with a crew of 15 people or fewer, as well as a large guest room for hair/makeup and setup. Please note we do have extra bathrooms and set up area for larger productions exceeding 15 people at an extra cost. Crews larger than 60 can bring porter potties. With a private hedge border and easy driveway access for equipment loading, we offer the aesthetic appeal and space necessary for a seamless and beautiful shoot, with clear guidelines for larger crews. We have so much space, you can park onsite for easy access and set up. Catering and tents can be set up in the front or backyard. Please message me with any questions.
