About the Space
**We have opted not to share our calendar, please feel free to reach out to discuss dates./times** The first house built in the neighborhood of Parker Ridge Florida in 1923. This "showhouse" is located in a vintage neighborhood and is home to some of the original trees. The whole "compound" is walled in for privacy and there are two gates. One with a driveway and the other with turf, making entry and exit easy for larger vehicles. The 1/2 acre is split between a large 1/4 acre field and 1/4 acrre of 4 buildings comprising of a laundry house, a duplex with arch details and vintage bell. Across the courtyard from the duplex is the main house, which is two stories and adorned with original Mizner style Spanish features, like it's 100 year old front door. Attached by an orchid garden is the XL studio, which was built in the mid 90's, which is usually used for crew and make up. Included is a full kitchen, bathroom, and custom bed. Full professional day rates start at $2,000.
