Property is very private and gated on a quiet road. Has a long driveway where you pass a lovely 2-stall barn with small corral. Approx 11 acrea designed by award winning architect Richard Landry. The two story house overlooks ocean and hillside views. With 5 bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms the house incorporates 100 year old imported barn wood from Quebec and pecan wood floors. Upstairs Has a great office/study room and gym with adjacent shower and bathroom and gorgeous main bedroom and bathroom. 4 other bedrooms with bathrooms are downstairs. Lovely garden and pool and zen area and playground structure for kids. Hot tub in a great secluded spot facing mountain view. Lovely yard entrance with golf cart for use.
