Our ranch is a 10 acre ranch located in Moorpark. It has a barn with animals, avocado/citrus orchards, exclusive/privacy, gorgeous views of both mountains, valleys, horses, farm land, it’s own private lake with fully stocked with fish, riding arena fully lit up at night for amazing events, fully functioning fire trucks, military trucks, large modern barn & stables and farm equipment. Lots of outlets/electricity throughout the property to make the most out of your event. Barn is filled with barn animals including chickens, ducks, goats, cat, and dogs. Hosts are very friendly and available before, during or after event. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Wonderful location with numerous valuable setting landscapes. Kyle is enormously helpful and hospitable and most importantly a perfect real time communicator. Would absolutely recommend this location and host to anyone looking for a good experience.

Kyle’s property is so gorgeous! He was helpful, friendly and incredibly supportive to our production. We will absolutely be back for another shoot! (If you rent the space, definitely pay to have the golf carts- they were super helpful!)
