Private Backyard with Heated Pool and Large Patio

About the Space

This heated pool features 2 ceramic frogs spouting water into the pool surrounded by lush vegetation and trees around the patio for privacy. The large patio features a table with 6 chairs and 2 lounge chairs with end tables. The large fenced backyard envelops 3 sides of the patio. Space Rules: 1) No smoking 2) No food restrictions 3) No pets allowed 4) No loud noise or music that would disturb my neighbors 5) No permit from the Miami-Dade Film Office (filmiami.org) is needed as long as the production is completely self-contained on this private property and there is no use of special effects, pyrotechnics or faux weapons. 9) Insurance is required with a certificate of insurance that names me and the property as named insured. 10) No nudity outside of home (no nudity on patio or backyard) If using the pool, then I will require a signed pool liability waiver form that I will provide after booking is completed. Pool Rules: No playing of loud music that can be heard by the neighbors Children in pool are required to have adult supervision No solo swimming Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is prohibited from entering the pool No smoking of any kind is permitted A long pole and life preserver ring are on the patio to use, if needed No animals or pets are allowed in the pool enclosure No jumping into the pool. Use the steps or ladder to enter and exit the pool No food, beverages or gum in the pool enclosure, in the pool or on the pool wet deck. Commercially bottled water in plastic bottles is allowed on the pool wet deck for pool patron hydration Do not swallow the pool water Do not hold anyone under the water All infants and anyone not toilet trained must wear rubber swim pants while in the pool No diving No pushing No breath holding No rough housing No running No yelling/screaming No peeing in pool No glassware No bombing
