Performance Hall is 3000 sq.ft. very charming, classic theater with high ceiling, stage, curtained backdrop, vintage seats built lately and have complete audio/PA setup. The theater is fully set up with PA, performance and recording microphones, lighting, projector and screen. There is a small backstage and plenty of storage room in the back of house. The high 15 ft. ceiling gives the space a wonderful sound. The space is ideal for filming, musical performance, comedy shows, theater, rehearsals and special events. There is a loading zone in front and is street-level. Walk-throughs are welcomed and encouraged!
