Situated in Malibu Canyon on a private 15-acre property surrounded by ocean views and vibrations of the magical Malibu canyons, this location is ideal for any type of production from small photo shoots to large-scale filming productions and even a private event such as weddings or dinner parties for the ideal intimate setting. Parking for hundreds of cars. 3 acre fenced pasture, large arena, roundpen, and covered stalls, chicken coop, smaller corral for sheep and alpacas. (ask about our petting zoo.) Ultimate entertaining property with room for hundreds of cars and people. Easy-to-access roads for large production vehicles, our location is a close drive from LA, Santa Monica, the Valley, and Malibu. Furthermore, we've hosted many film and photo shoots here and always do our best to help them have a successful shoot. Our property is a desirable compound type of environment with amazing mountain and ocean views! Escape to nature. If you are looking for space this is the place!
