Premier location. 19th Century streetscape, cobblestone streets, stone facades, and crown moldings are pictured outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment is in a historic building and has been meticulously renovated and styled. The apartment gets excellent natural lighting and has a neutral colour palate with interesting design features and elements throughout. Minimalist kitchen design, integrated appliances, an espresso machine, high-end plumbing fixtures, and textured green marble counters with a full-height backsplash. Built-in shelving in the living room area and the home office space offer a good spot to showcase products. Dimmers are installed throughout the apartment with warm 2700k lighting. Light oak hardwood is installed throughout the main floor and top floor and throughout the entire apartment a flush baseboard detail is installed for a minimalist aesthetic. The apartment has a real wood-burning fireplace, please inquire about the use of this beforehand.
