HISTORY: This is an ocean-view historical beach home nestled in a small hill on the division of Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades. This was home to Greta Garbo and later The Beach Boys. When Greta owned this home Picasso used to come here often to paint inspired by the beautiful ocean views and green Palisades hills. NEIGHBORHOOD: This is a peaceful and safe neighborhood and the house is surrounded by trees, flowers and exotic plants. We are walking distance from the beach and Down Town Santa Monica. LOGISTICS: The space is composed of one large bedroom; a living room + music studio; A chill + zen + movie room with projector; a full kitchen; a bathroom + closet space and finally a large outdoor balcony with beautiful ocean views. This space is perfect for film shoots, music- videos, social media, songwriting session (VERY INSPIRING), social-media content creation and more. Music equipment may be provided for an extra fee. We can also offer an in-house engineer to record your project if needed. Don't hesitate to send us a message regarding any questions you may have.
