About the Space
Our creative production studio is situated within our large warehouse located in Little River. We are proudly rated the number #1 themed production studio on the East Coast! This production set is perfect for Photoshoots, Music Videos, Movies, Commercials, Podcasts, Interviews, Bridal Photos, Maternity Photos, and more. All props are included in the price. We provide the space & you’re responsible for bringing your own photographer. Lights are not included, however you can rent dimmable lights from us for $15 each. We also have water available to be purchased on-site. A SMOKING FEE of $99 applies if you need to smoke for the shots. NO CONFETTI, GLITTER & OIL on furniture. This set is situated within a WAREHOUSE filled with multiple themes so please let me know if you require full privacy if you’re shooting lingerie/nudity so I can coordinate you at a time nobody else is shooting in other themes of the warehouse. Our sets are perfect for: - Photoshoots - Music Videos - Podcasts - Interviews - Boudoir shoots - Engagement shoots - OnlyFans friendly! Nudity allowed.

This place is amaaaaaazzzzzing and perfect. Yvonne is very professional, yet also treats you as though she's known you for years. She and was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Her staff also treated me the same way. When you arrive at the studio, you will see that the rooms are very creative, and though they all look great in the pictures online, you will be blown away by them when you see them in person. You can tell that a lot of love and time went into creating them. The day of filming flowed so smoothly, we didn't have anyone breathing over our necks or micro managing. Though we had to be careful with the props and the rooms, we also felt free to create and be ourselves. I would definitely book again!!!!! Thank you for a fantastic experience Yvonne. Keep up the great work.!
