    This is a FABULOUS location. I can't say enough good things about it. Kevin was a pleasure to work with. It's always nice working with someone who enjoys the process of filmmaking. His site rep was also a huge help. Just plan accordingly for parking. It's on PCH so you know the parking is going to be a challenge. Totally doable if you handle in pre-production.
