A one-story mid-century Modern Home located in Malibu minutes from the beach. Above the coastline, the sleek and stylish appeal of this modern 1965 Malibu masterpiece is perfectly tucked beneath the Santa Monica Mountains, emulating the feel of secluded retreats. The interior highlights an open layout floor plan as light cascades through a multitude of skylights. Floor-to-ceiling walls and windows allow the space to be overtaken by natural light while creating a sense of duality between indoor and outdoor relaxation. A pristine and immaculate decor of white walls and concrete floors guides attention to an eccentric and vivacious living room space. From cacti to palm trees, a concrete stone pathway hugs the house, wrapping around every facet of its natural abundance. The backyard provides a playful ambiance with a stunning pool surrounded by plenty of lounge areas and a dining table. A piece of old Italy is wrapped around the last corner of the house, with a classic retro water fountain and BBQ. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are two additional bedroom suites, and one of the rooms is being used as an office with bookshelves and a long desk. The third bedroom suite can be used as a make-up and dressing room. The side yard with a seating area has a water fountain and outdoor gas oven/BBQ. **There is an emergency generator that, at the time of power failure, automatically turns on and powers up the home to full capacity for an indefinite time.
