Authentic California Beach Surf House. Gorgeously designed and decorated in a vintage 50s beach house style. Right on the water. Ocean facing glass doors and sizable windows. Lots of natural light. Includes a private beach right out front, sea-level deck, and tiki hut on the property. Stunning beach backgrounds. Downstairs unit is a two bed, two bath with a cozy living room with bunk beds and beach decor and large kitchen. Upstairs is two bed, one bath with large glass doors opening to an expansive terrace. Unit also has a living room and kitchen. IMPORTANT NOTE: This house is directly on the water with a private sand yard for year round ocean shoots and has direct access to a sandy lower beach depending on the tide. Many homes in Malibu are raised up above the water, in a gated community, or are not directly on the beach. This Beach Home is perfect for your California beach style productions as it is on the sandiest and least rocky part of this stretch of Las Flores Beach accommodating on the water shots and filming. The water in front of the house is sand bottom and is considered the best part of this beach compared to neighboring homes further South and North Perfect for photo, documentary, and film shoots. Can fit a large crew (50 people) comfortably. Loading area in front of the property. Parking across the PCH and private parking lot 2 minutes away with excess parking for all sized production trucks and cars. Inquire about extra parking lot fees as price varies upon size of production. THE HOUSE: This house is a duplex. The upper and lower unit are entirely separate from one another, but can be used together as one house.
