Owned by movie producer and director. 5 acres of land at the highest place in the Santa Monica Mountains, located in a gated community. The house has two big yards, a garden with numerous wildlife, a private mountain, creek, 2 cypress alleys. Amazing view of Malibu from the front yard. Easy access and film-friendly neighbors. 3 movies have been filmed on this location, including the famous "Easy rider" (Malibu part). Parking space on the property allows up to 16 production cars. Unique "Arch" on the owned mountain within 5-minute walking distance. It is ok to fly drones and to use telescopic cranes.
