Our studio combines authentic industrial character with modern amenities, featuring exposed brick, original beams, and soaring ceilings with two 9'x9' skylights equipped with electronic blackout shades for perfect lighting control. Strategically located adjacent to CineCity & Cinespace Studios, we provide the ideal setting for fashion shoots, commercial productions, culinary content, creative events, and more!
