About the Space

Large open studio room is around 800sq ft with 12ft ceilings and brightly painted walls. Room is windowless - you are able to fully control lighting, temperature and sound. One wall is made from cinder block and has a texture to it. Lobby area has big windows with natural lighting, large couch, check-in desk, water cooler, small retail space, cubbies and hall tree. Back area of space has dressing room, restroom and laundry closet. Covered sidewalk out front door with park bench seating. Double back doors open out to small paved area and grassy lawn with trees.
