Beautiful historic carriage house in the square turned flexible event/filming venue. Large open floorpan with original hardwood flooring, custom built 16ft bar, prep kitchen, storage, green room/private suites, etc. Dual outdoor stairways up to ornate double door entrance with stained glass. Great natural indoor lighting, as well as updated and versatile indoor track lighting. Ceilings are high with exposed rafters and ventilation. Furniture and audio/visual equipment included in pricing. Beautiful one level building with 3 access points and can be customized to your needs.
