Features a 12,000 square foot southern colonial-style home, with an eclectic, modernized interior. Mainly utilized for movie productions, tv broadcasts, music videos, as well as photo shoots and fashion shows. Popular filming areas include a large chef's kitchen w/keeping room, 2 living rooms, bar room, oversized office, dining room, double grand staircase, front & back verandas. Exterior filming options are abundant with stream, small bridge, plus grass and wooded areas. Parking onsite for up to 50 cars.
