Weekday bookings are best Mon-Thur from 5AM to 4PM. Later events, overnights and weekends are possible at a higher rate. Perfect for films, commercials, Music release parties, private music events, meetings, award ceremonies, weddings, parties, photo shots, videos, music videos, and anything else you can imagine. Two outside patios. Kitchen could be available for cooking or filming. Lots of extra space could be made available for equipment, makeup, greenroom and staff for an additional charge.
